Stellar is currently leading the leasing efforts for GRANDSCAPE in Dallas a stunning and unique over 2.5 Million SF development by Berkshire Hathaway affiliate Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Grandscape is a 5M SF + destination retail center anchored by Scheels and Nebraska Furniture Mart located in The Colony, Texas.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Stellar is providing development services including expansion strategy, public incentives, site selection, design guidance, financing and development for many emerging leisure entertainment concepts. Stellar is currently providing development services for BAR K and Frontier Justice.
