Union Station, St. Louis, MO

Located in the heart of downtown St. Louis, Union Station is on any visitor’s “must-see” list of things to do while in town. The iconic facade and 5-story tower act as a beacon to tourists and locals alike and serve as home to iconic attractions like Hard Rock Cafe and Landry’s Seafood.

Over 16.7 million people visit the St. Louis area annually. Its central location makes it easily accessible by any mode of transportation. Five Interstates all connect in the center of downtown. Lambert International Airport services the majority of the air traffic along with several smaller airports. The St. Louis area has three Amtrak Stations; downtown, West County and Alton, Illinois. The MetroLink light rail system passes through downtown connecting Lambert International Airport to Mid America Airport in Illinois.

Sparks, Nevada

Little Rock, Arkansas

The Promenade at Chenal, a 306,000 square foot open-air lifestyle center, is located in Chenal Valley in west Little Rock, Ark. The shopping center is home to a variety of upscale national, regional and local retailers, restaurant and entertainment venues.

The center is designed in a French Gothic style. The open-air design of the center replicates a nostalgic Main Street shopping district. Vehicular access to the Main Street allows convenient parking in front of your favorite store or restaurant.  Extensive sidewalks, landscaping and hardscape create a pedestrian-friendly environment ideal for shopping, entertainment and socializing.

The Promenade at Chenal is located in west Little Rock’s most prestigious master-planned community. This 4,800-acre area includes luxurious residential neighborhoods, office and retail space that surrounds the Chenal Country Club, which features two 18-hole, championship golf courses. Once complete, Chenal Valley will have more than 4,600 homes.
